• Drove the shift to developer-owned testing — devs verify and cover their own features; QA owns architecture, cross-cutting scenarios, authoring standards (strict rules + AI prompts), and infrastructure. Suite quality holds.
• AI in testing end to end: staging triage with fix hypotheses, autonomous test agents, eval suites for the product's AI features.
• Partner with PMs from the spec stage — risk analysis over end-stage acceptance; run the full hiring loop for quality engineers.

• Built the product's entire QA function from scratch as the first and only QA — on a product with 500k+ MAU and 50k new paying users/month.
• Designed the test architecture in TypeScript & Playwright; built a custom CLI for running suites.
• Set up E2E + visual regression (Argos CI) with test management in Allure TestOps; covered frontend and backend.
• Built CI/CD in GitHub Actions: parallel Playwright runs on staging + a daily release run before production.
• Fully automated regression — the team moved off manual passes entirely.

• Led the AQA team; mentored engineers and established automation best practices.
• Designed E2E suites with Playwright; defined the automation strategy aligned with product goals.
• Built a selective test-execution mechanism for microservices; introduced test analytics to surface bottlenecks.

• Owned test coverage for the launch of Yandex's new homepage — manual and automated.
• Built E2E automation with Cypress and integrated it into regression, cutting release time.
• Acted as release manager; introduced an automation "duty" process for consistent monitoring.

• Built and maintained E2E automated tests; analyzed and debugged results to raise coverage.
